Very happy with the product, the vendor and Vevor. Improvements possible. The PC software does not seem to connect via Bluetooth though the app does. The app seems not to load user data but has a fair selection of canned data. it would be nice to have a direct mode where the software can control the unit directly rather than in batches. this limits it’s production capabilities in a system. when scanning first r marks (a great feature) it should not pass limits when not finding. The PC software needs better docs. it took a bit to figure out that if the reg marks were in the border, it would not show the work. print and cut took a bit to figure too, but it’s great. also the PC software needs to be able to go back to the input screen from the send screen.
Still very impressed and will continue support this and my other vevor devices. I couldn’t find the accessories. they were hidden maybe in the styrofoam. they set a complete new set inspite of the fact they eventually fell out of the box
