- Submit Your Design: Send your logo, text, or graphic (JPG, PNG, PSD) to the provided email (hello@signdemand.com) after placing the order.
- Logo Rendering: We will render your logo and provide a preview for approval. Expect a response within 24 hours.
- Production Timeline: After approval, production time will be 24-48 hours. For large orders, more time may be needed.
- Pricing Details:
- The base price includes customization for one side of the cap.
- Additional customization (e.g., logo on the other side) will cost $3 per side.
- 3D or complex embroidery requires an additional $3.
Important Notes:
- No Returns or Refunds: Since these are customized products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there is an issue with the product quality. Please ensure the design and details are correct before placing your order.
- Size Information: Hat size is measured manually, so there may be a slight error of about 0.5-1cm. Please note that different monitors may display colors differently, so there may be slight variations from the images shown.
